Possible bug from the article:
If you reload here expect enemies you took down to be back and optional objectives to no longer be listed as completed or re-doable (bug) and expect two enemies on the bottom floor.. yay bugs, shadow operative helps a lot if you must reload. You should still be given credit for completing any optional objective in the mission and if not then reloading back to safehouse doesn't help.
If anyone has encountered this, please clarify and put it under the known bugs.
