Throughout the game you find Halbech data.
After picking it up, you find an e-mail in your inbox back at the safehouse. You can reply them to Scarlet Lake for $1,000 and +1 Reputation with her, the Black Market for $5,000 or extort Halbech for $15,000.
- During the Bug CIA Listening Post mission in the room to your right when going up the first stair.
- During the Investigate Marburg's Villa mission when you enter the two-level bar, it's on the upper level next to a chair.
- During the Intercept Marburg at the Museum of Art mission you can find some in a storage area just before where you find the museum guards defending themselves.
- During the Retrieve NSB Data from Grand Hotel mission, you find it in the room where you get the keycard for the elevator.
- During the Investigate Warehouse District Data Trail mission you can find in the room opening the doors back outside.
- During the Stop Omen Deng at Memorial Rally mission you get it when hacking the PC in the area where you land when using the zipline in the Memorial Gardens.
- During the Investigate Weapon Shipments mission, you can find it under the crane's initial position.
- During the Assault Brayko's Mansion mission, you can find it in Brayko's bedroom.
- During the Prevent Surkov's Escape mission. You have to fight Surkov instead of making a deal with him to be able to access this information.
